CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE

 

My client, a leading label printing firm based in West Dublin are seeking to hire an experienced Customer Service Executive to join their team.

 

Label print experience would be our preference, but not essential, in which case interested candidates must have at least 2-3 years Customer Service experience. They must be able to work on own initiative, be of a technical mind, have a courteous telephone manner, work well under pressure and work well within a team environment. The ability to develop strong relationships with customer is a key requirement. 

 

Job Specification: 

The successful candidate will; 

• Manage a number of Customers within our large Irish & UK Customer Database. 

• Arrange customer estimates promptly. 

• Plan jobs for production, making sure all the relevant tooling is available. 

• Purchase raw materials for jobs prior to production runs. 

• Process orders on a CERM MIS System. 

• Be competent in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. 

• Track orders and monitor through to despatch. 

• Deal with all customer queries in a professional manner. 

• Have excellent communication skills. 

• Work closely with our Sales Representatives within Ireland & UK. 

• Visit Key customers for strategic planning meetings, etc. 

 

Position type: Full Time 

Working Hours: 8.30 – 5.00 Monday – Friday 

Extra hours may be required from time to time 

Salary: Negotiable based on experience
