Job Description

We require an experienced person to join our customer service team.  
Label print experience would be our preference, but not essential, in which case interested   candidates must have at least 2-3 years Customer Service experience mainly dealing in account management.  They must be able to work on own initiative, be of a technical mind, have a courteous telephone manner, work well under pressure and work well within a team environment.
Job Specification: 
The successful candidate will;
Report directly to the Customer Service Manager. 
Manage a number of Key Customers within our large Irish & UK Customer Database.
Arrange customer estimates promptly.  
Plan jobs for production, making sure all the relevant tooling is available.
Purchase raw materials for jobs prior to production runs.
Process orders on a CERM MIS System.
Be competent in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Access. 
Track orders and monitor through to despatch.
Deal with all customer queries in a professional manner. 
Have excellent communication skills. 
Work closely with our Sales Representatives within Ireland & UK.
Visit Key customers for strategic planning meetings, etc.
This is a full-time permanent position. Working Hours: 8.30 – 5.00 Monday – Friday
Extra hours may be required from time to time
