Corporate Travel Account Manager
My client, a leading global travel management firm are seeking to hire an experienced corporate travel professional for the position of inside account manager.
Working as part of a specialist Account Support team you will be engaging in direct corporate customer relations, issue resolution, client analytics and providing insights in a fast moving business environment. You will also be responsible for supporting the Account Management team and generating income by driving adoption of company products & solutions to the existing customer base.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in corporate travel industry • Demonstrates strong fares and product knowledge • Has comprehensive understanding of the travel industry. A successful track record in customer service • Positive and open-minded attitude • Willingness to adapt. • Build & leverage relationships • Builds rapport effectively • Demonstrates care & interest in client needs • Enthusiastically presents product solutions & highlights the benefits to the client • Coordinates efforts/resources within and across teams to deliver outcomes • Recognizes the importance of teamwork to achieve objectives • Contributes to ideas, information, suggestions and expertise from others outside the immediate team • Builds strong team relationships within and across teams.
