This position requires 2-3yrs working on the counter of a Travel office. Knowledge of a CRS- Worldspan (not essential) Strong knowledge of European and Long Haul destinations Outstanding Customer service skills. Must be a team player, highly motivated, great organisational skills. Excellent communication skills & telephone manner.
